TRAVIS BONTRAGER, Vice President of Property Management

Travis has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and Construction since 2003 when he purchased his first property. Since then he has been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions including landlord and tenant representation, property management,  finance, development and construction management. Travis is an entrepreneur at heart, operating his own real estate investment business and providing value to the  real estate community by educating commercial real estate brokers on to market their businesses online.

With The Sessions Group, Travis brings all of his strengths to the company to manage a portfolio of commercial properties as well spearheading the company’s growth through new business development.

Travis holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from The University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. Travis is also involved with the Colorado and Wyoming chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as the marketing and technology director.
