Lori Cyr is responsible for all accounting and finance-related services, including the expert oversight of property managers and operations. Lori has over 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the Sessions Group in 2010, she was Executive Vice President Financial Director for Fuller Management Services. During this time she and Steve Sessions together secured 7.7 million square feet of commercial space. Steve and Lori have been working together for over 20 years, instrumenting new initiatives, ideas and techniques to strive to be the best private provider of property management services in Colorado. She also worked at Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company as the Controller, where she managed a portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties. At Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company she learned to manage real estate from an owner’s perspective. Her expertise is property management accounting using various software applications such as Rent Manager, Skyline, MRI, and QuickBooks. Prior to joining Colorado & Santa Fe Land Co., she worked for CBRE, where she was recognized as #1 in accounting operations in the nation. Lori is truly committed to her clients. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
