LORI CYR, Chief Financial Officer

Lori Cyr is responsible for all accounting and finance-related services. Lori is also responsible for the oversight of property managers and operations.

Lori has over 28 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the Sessions Group, she was Executive Vice President Financial Director for Fuller Management Services. She was instrumental in securing 7.7 million square feet of business along with Steve Sessions. Steve and Lori have worked together for over 15 years. She also worked at Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company as the Controller, where she managed a portfolio of industrial, retail, and office. At Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company she learned to manage real estate from an owner’s perspective. Her expertise is property management accounting using various software applications such as Rent Manager, Skyline, MRI, and QuickBooks. Prior to joining Colorado & Santa Fe Land Co., she worked for CBRE; where she was recognized as #1 in accounting operations in the nation. Lori is truly committed to her clients. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree.
