CHRIS HEDLUND, Senior Vice President / Senior Property Manager

Chris is responsible for directing all of a property’s day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, engineering, accounting, and budgeting expense control. Chris brings leadership and a true understanding of the owner’s perspective.

When it comes to client/tenant relationships, Chris is in a class by himself. Owners are consistently relaying their enthusiasm and support of Chris. Tenants appreciate and are most supportive of the care, quick response and attention to detail regarding their concerns.

Chris’ organizational and communication skills have proven to be a great asset to the properties he has been involved with. He has been continually successful in upgrading properties by means of critical analysis as to general appearance, rent collection problems, vacancies, and operating expenses.

His current responsibilities and real estate experience as a property manager and owner over the last thirteen years has provided exposure to all facets of commercial property management. In addition, his real estate background includes extensive knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Chris holds a Colorado Real Estate broker’s license. Chris is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution and Manufacturing. Chris also holds a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI (Building Owners and Managers Institute) International.
